Come on, that's amazing!!! Just a simple dot pattern.
I wonder if this was done by Laser Excel? They created this effect more than 10 years ago and use a unique process to laser cut. The beam is scanned over a copper mask and then re-focused on the paper. It's great for intricate cutting in paper.
